Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), withdraw consent or limit use and disclosure. Use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy — ARCO”. Include your name, a reply channel, the right you wish to exercise and a description of the relevant data. For a correction, explain the requested change. The contact team will verify identity or representation through a secure channel; do not attach identity documents to your first message. A determination will be communicated within applicable legal deadlines, generally 20 days after receipt of a complete request, and an approved request implemented within the following 15 days. Any legally permitted extension will be explained. Withdrawal is not retroactive and does not override legal retention requirements.
